Jay’s younger brother, Zach, is currently a Freshman, and a scholarship fund has been created for a FFA Student in memory of Jay for the next  four years.

    My heart goes out to you & your family. We too have lost a beautiful son to this horrible game.
    Our son Alex, passed away this past November from the choking game. He was 18. He was visiting his father in Florida–my husband & I & our other two children received the call on November 16th—

    My ex-husband & I are also dedicated to saving lives as well-I am flying out from Maine to Florida this morning & again next Monday to New York–the Dr. Oz Show along with Dr G, The Medical Examiner are doing a show on the Choking Game—we are doing this now for your family as well.
